COLLINE DE L'HIRONDELLE

LANGUEDOC / vin de france

Established in 2007 by Jennifer Buck and Didier Ferrier, La Colline de l'Hirondelle is a 9-hectare organic vineyard beautifully situated in the Corbières region. Determined to understand their terroir and introduce innovative eco-friendly viticulture practices, they embarked on a courageous endeavor, defying the conventional and highly productive vineyards of the area. Moreover, they created a unique identity that can be seen in the striking labels on their various cuvées.

The Colline de l'Hirondelle project grew steadily, reflecting the laid-back lifestyle of these two wine enthusiasts. Starting small and learning as they went, they prioritized quality over quantity, with a goal of creating wines that they would be proud to drink.

Fate brought together these two wine lovers, one from the local area and the other from California, and their union produced exceptional wines with the authenticity of the Languedoc region and its breathtaking terroirs. Jennifer and Didier's winemaking approach is exemplary, and all the elements are in place to create truly magnificent bottles.
